Daily off-site backups
Two different backup procedures run daily – one on the server and one in WordPress, which we save to our external secure storage.

We will set up a system to check that the website is up and running 24/7. This helps us proactively tackle issues and track the reliability of the server.
WordPress updates
Plugin, theme and core updates are released regularly and we will look after these. Security updates are fast-tracked.
PHP & DB updates
We will ensure the website supports the latest versions and make any code changes needed for compatibility.
Domain & DNS management
Help with any aspect, including updating contact information and managing DNS records such as SPF and DMARC.
Security
Protection for the website and admin panel. Includes two-factor authentication and additional security measures.

Licences covered
WordPress plugins often require subscriptions for premium features. We will cover the cost of the vast majority of these.
Terms
- Minimum period 6 months.
- Rolling monthly agreement.
- One month cancellation period.
- If time allocation from future months has been used in advance, this will be payable as part of the final month.
- Should you switch supplier, we will provide a clean and helpful handover, including a copy of the website.
- If the support plan ends, you will be responsible for the cost of any licences fees (for example, premium plugins).
- Domain renewal fees are an additional expense (typically around £15 per year).
- Development of new features would be at an hourly rate of £80+VAT unless covered by the support plan.
- An estimate can be provided for any new features.
